• There is no limit on the number of times you and your family may use the membership during the year.

Ophthalmology and Laser Surgery Services

• Participating ophthalmologists (MD’s) provide 10% to 30% discounts on medical eye exams and surgical procedures.
• Members also receive discounts on refractive surgery (such as PRK and LASIK) through our nationwide network of Laser Surgery Centers.

Contact Lenses

• Most major brands are available through the mail order service including disposables, torics, bifocals and gas permeable lenses.
• Once a prescription is on file, members may order as often as they wish prior to the expiration of the prescription. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours.

Non-Prescription Sunglasses

• Most designer brands are available through the mail order service, administered by America’s Eyewear including: Serengeti, Vuarnet, Gargoyles etc. Brands subject to change without notice.
• Members give the brand name and model number for a price quote over the phone or via the Internet.
